MY STORY
Experienced Coach
Since 2007 when I completed my National Professional Qualification for Headship, I have been interested in different styles of management and leadership. Working with a team of like minded colleagues on Values based Education helped me to develop my understanding of my core values and what I believed was important for our children’s development. I have had the privilege of working alongside inspirational leaders during my 20 years in education and now my aim is to support others on their journey.

SUPERVISION SESSIONS
Leadership in education comes with many stressful events and situations. Supervision sessions for Designated Safeguarding Leads and SENDCos can be invaluable. Allowing leaders the opportunity to discuss, clarify, and evaluate their experiences and responses ensuring they are capable of achieving maximum benefit for all.
