So this was the first week that I could actually start my coaching sessions. I was beyond excited! I had planned and prepped and practiced as much as I could. It was wonderful to finally put all of that into use. And my client was so engaged and I could feel the progression as the session moved forward. Feedback on the first session included the following acknowledgement, 'it has helped me to think more positively about myself already!'. I couldn't ask for anything more. This is why I set up Ethical Leadership. If leaders feel more positive about themselves, their role and their school just imagine what can be achieved!
